If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. Relay HQ provides an AI-powered front desk and business automation service designed for tradespeople and service businesses. The Service includes: • AI call answering and message capture • Automated quote follow-up sequences • Review request automation • Job booking and scheduling assistance • Business notification and reporting tools The features available to you depend on your chosen subscription plan.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. • Maintain the security of your account credentials. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

Relay HQ offers subscription-based plans. By subscribing, you agree to: • Pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan on a recurring basis. • Provide valid payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method. • Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No charges will be made during the free trial period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at relayhq.ai@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms. • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. • Fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service (e.g., business information, call scripts, customer data). By submitting content, you grant Relay HQ a limited licence to use that content solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you submit complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Relay HQ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Relay HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
