Yes. During onboarding you set your business name, trade type, service area, and preferred greeting style. You can also define custom job categories, blackout periods (e.g. no bookings on public holidays), and escalation rules for urgent jobs. The AI adapts within those boundaries.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You get full access to your chosen plan's features so you can see exactly how many calls Relay captures and how many bookings it converts before you pay anything.

No lock-in contracts, ever. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. We're confident Relay HQ pays for itself within the first week — but we never hold you hostage.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you're billed pro-rata for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Relay HQ integrates natively with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, and Apple Calendar. It also connects to popular field service platforms including ServiceM8, Tradify, and Simpro. Bookings made by the AI appear directly in your calendar in real time — no manual entry required.

Yes, on the Business plan. Relay HQ syncs customer records, job history, and call notes to HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zoho CRM. New leads captured by the AI are automatically created as contacts in your CRM with full call context attached.

Yes. Every time Relay captures a new lead or booking, it sends an instant SMS summary to your nominated number — or multiple numbers if you have a team. Email notifications are also available and configurable per job type or urgency level.

You keep your existing number. Relay HQ provides a dedicated AI number that you can forward calls to, or use as your primary business line. Either way, your customers always get answered. Number porting is also available if you want to make the Relay number your main line.

Yes. Business plan customers get access to the Relay HQ REST API and webhook system. This allows you to push call data, booking events, and customer records to any platform that accepts webhooks — including custom-built job management systems.
